We're about a 1/3 way to Kinder. We're stopped at Sunset RV Park in Cottondale, AL. Tomorrow (Monday) night, we'll be in NOLA. We push into Kinder Tuesday afternoon.

No Guarantee! Don't let me down Dave. I have a fever and the only cure is fried potatoes. I guess we'll figure out where this Breakfast Extravaganza is going to be held Thursday evening. If it's going to be at Andy's site, I would rather cook all of this meat there. I'll take my Road trip grill and my Coleman stove with a cast iron skillet. Seems like a good place to cook up those taters also. Be easier to clean up afterwards. Just dump all of the grease out under Andy's BC and throw all of the greasy paper towels out on the ground. I try to keep the 'Lil Guy's site clean.

Speaking of that, I washed the LG today and went over it with 303. My old arse is dragging. I bought the little giant ladder (big one) to be able to reach the top. I didn't know the ladder weighs more than my rig. If and when we move up to the full size models I'll pay someone to do it for me. Debbie wasn't much help but she did keep my energy level high with all of the sniveling.

Can't get a grip on the weather there. Seems like rain Thursday ad then a 10% Friday. We may try to come up Wednesday evening but Thursday early for sure. We don't want to make a grand entrance since our rig is always the smallest one at these events. See everyone there and have a great day.

There will be a lot of Landmark trailers there, Frank. You may need Debbie to hide the checkbook incase you want to upgrade again!!

I'm upgrading 1' at a time, not 15'. To go upside down again this soon could cause a major issue between DW and I. We have enough friction without me trying to explain why we need to do this. I'll put off the next upside down move till the end of the year and the start of my retirement. lol One good reason to use would be that we could be 40+ feet apart on a rainy day instead of sitting and growling at each other in such close quarters.
See you in a few days.

Just heard from Ed and Susan Potts and they will be joining us this Friday afternoon. Sounds like we will have a great turnout.

Just looked at the weather for the week and it looks like the Bocce Ball tournament will be called due to rain. However, if we grab an umbrella and walk in the mud we can still tour Jim's new Landmark.
I'm getting depressed. Thursday thru Sunday morning in the 'Lil Guy cooped up with ........never mind. Spending 2 to 3 days in the casino could really dampen my retirement plans.
On a happy note it beats working.

Yeah weather has changed as many times as I have looked at it. Atleast if it does rain we will be batting a 1.000 with rally weather lol.

The Belettis are getting close. We're just east of Baton Rouge tonight. Should push into Kinder mid-afternoon.

Andy - we're at the KOA in Denham Springs, LA. The Ballards are a few sites down from us.

Cool. How's the road noise there? Btw you are less than two hours out depending on Baton Rouge traffic. Btw... Sleep in and don't get in the road till after nine. Lol

Andy, we're packed and hooked up. Headed out first thing in the AM with an overnight at Lake Conroe KOA and arriving sometime Wednesday. BTW we stayed at the Denham Springs KOA both enroute to and from Florida a couple of months ago and I don't recall much road noise, but the sites were kind of small. The up side was that one of the work campers has a fairly new Bighorn. I briefed him on your rally and maybe Jim will bring it up if he runs into him.

Good deal Mike. I thought it was closer to the interstate than it actually is I guess. Be careful on the road. See ya Thursday.

My husband was introduced to this during our quartzite rally (thanks MTPockets). He hasn't had a drink for 20 years by choice but he said he might break that rule for this stuff. Too funny.
