What did you do to your camper today?

Dave, I know you have been contemplating the level up system. Just to give you one benefit. Wiring the LEDs up yesterday and both strands came together behind the front tire. In just a little over 6 minutes I had the tire off. Pushed three buttons on the controller and the tires off the ground. That time also included me walking to the garage and getting out the impact gun.

Just saying.

I think I have decided I want to get the level up. We are keeping the camper. Kris is just going along with it. I hope they accept a credit card. That is going to hurt but hopefully worth the expense as I will be able to get level without jumping in and out of the truck and be able to do as you just did.

Dave, are you going with the new electric system? Level-up Evolution I think! It looks interesting... I was thinking of giving it a year to see how it pans out.

I would like the new evolution system as it still uses hydraulics but sealed. However I have heard that it is not offered yet to us.

HA!! You are right:)... I confused the Evolution and the (Hall effect) Ground Control 3.0. I wonder why they keep changing the system... seems like they can't find something reliable , or, the technology is changing REAL fast... not sure what to think.

Nice work!! My wife was just pointing out how the wallpaper around the kitchen window was starting to bubble. I said we could replace with new wallpaper, but you've just given me a great option. ....of course I'm going to tell her it was all my idea. :) :)

Looks great, Lyle! I know Nancy will love it! We did this (two different tiles) in our kitchen and bath. So much nicer than the wallpaper.

Thanks. Obviously not the first or only one to add this mod. I replaced the faux backsplash in the 3010 with sticky tiles so it was just a matter of time until I did this one. Certainly adds some color and dimension.

Flushed out the gray water tank, rinsed the dirt and dust off of the roof and the tops of all three slides and hung the sewer hoses on the fence posts to let them dry out.

Tomorrow I will blow out the water lines with an air compressor and put some RV anti freeze in the P-traps, toilet bowl and run some into the water pump, then I have to check out a couple of shops to see what needs to be done to our rear axle (it has lost it's camber - ie.- flat).

I took out the old microwave and installed a GE convection/microwave combo. They look almost the same but there is more room in the GE and the vent fan is half as loud.

Bought a new Tailgater portable satellite system last week with dual feeds. Couldn't get a signal via the RV internal wiring but was able to run the cable through a window and get a great picture. Bought new end connectors this morning and replaced all the original connectors on the RV. "Voila", good signal through the RV wiring now. Funny thing is we've used the RV wiring with our old Tailgater for almost six years. Must have finally worked a connector loose after all these years.

Going up on the roof today to replace the broken over the air antenna (don't ask how - you can probably guess) with a new King antenna. Pictures of me falling off the roof to follow later.

You are going to love that King/Jack antenna . . . we love ours!

Are you getting the King/Jack complete with the mount or just the head like we have?

By the way . . . can't wait for the photos (or maybe the YouTube video)

Putting on the low profile system to replace the entire crank up old antenna. Those crank ups and low limbs don't mix well.

The low profile king jack came standard on our '17 BH. All I'll say is it sits lower than the AC shroud so if the local stations are anywhere from 1 to 4 o'clock in relationship to the AC and antenna, good luck!!!
