This is one of the issues we had with ordering our Key Largo. We thought we were ordering a 2012 and then found out that the 2013 models were already on the line. When we ordered our 2013 Key Largo, we requested 3 phone jacks be installed. We then found out that Heartland was going to charge us an incredible $600+ for putting them in. We cancelled that request. Crazy. This is the first unit we've ever had without a phone jack.

I have used Fresh Cab for years when we close up and so far have had good luck with it. I've never put it out while we were still using the camper. Also, when we open in the spring I sprinkle the Fresh Cab under the camper, it seems to take care of ants and bugs. Thanks for your input...

What was the problem with your barrel door? My 2013 Key Largo came without the barrel cabinets. When I contacted Heartland about them, they didn't know what had happened. The barrel doors are being shipped to my dealer and I hope to have them soon.

I just had a 2013 Key Largo delivered. We are unable to figure out how to pull the TV out away from the wall. It has a swivel extension arm, but we don't know how to release it. Can anyone help? We need to get to the connections for hooking up the satellite.

Which floorplan did you get? We have a Key Largo being delivered next week, did the walk-thru yesterday, and it's beautiful. You will find very valuable information on this forum. Congrats, and good luck.

We looked at a Redwood with exactly the same floor plan as the Key Largo. The Redwood's fireplace is centered under the TV. It also has a pullout computer shelf which is as wide as the entertainment center. A really nice design, I'd like to see Heartland re-think the fireplace.
