When buying a used Bighorn/Bigcountry will the factory disclose any warranty work that has been done or refused if I provide them with the VIN# of the unit I am interested in?

Besides the floorpan differences, what are the main differences in the two lines? Are there any construction differences? I"m going full-time so construction is important.

Is there a list somewhere of what the differences between the Bighorn and the Big Country? Are the differences only trim changes or are there structural differences? Are there standard or options for the Big Horn that you can't get on the Big Country? Reading the brochures on both doesn't help...

It seems like I go to a lot of RV shows and there is usually one or two Big Horn's or Big Country's. Where can I go to see the entire line up? The DW and I really need to see the different floorplans side to side in order to make a decision as to which one will work best for us.

I just toured a 3270 at a RV show and I must say that the sliding shelves in the kitchen pantry cabinet were the highlight of the day. When you full-time getting enough space in the kitchen for food is very difficult.

As a general rule is it cheaper to use electricity or propane when staying at a campground? I know prices vary and electricity is an add on to the cost of staying at campground.

It amazes me that so many dealers think they can get more for a used 5th than a new one. I've seen many three and four year old units listed for more than I can get a new one. I hate the used car dealer method of selling. My last one was a TT where the dealer refused to honor the price I got...

Anyone checked them both out and can give me some advise? They seem to be about the same price point but I like the Hartland products better but I'm no expert.

One of the major points for my wife is the large window in the bedroom because getting out in case of emergency is a top priority.

Never had a DWR but I have been hearing that 2x4 are slippery on wet and icy conditions compared to a SWR and you should get a 4x4 when getting a DWR. Opinions?

If the 5er brakes go out do you want 6 tires on the TV braking or 4? Pulling a 5er is not a problem, stopping one is, especially out west where there are some long steep downhill runs.

I've heard that the MSRP is set by the dealer, not the factory. Is that true or an urban legend?
