    Where is the transfer switch?

I can only answer this question about the location of the transfer switch since...I found mine today. It is accessible through the front storage by removing the middle panel (same one that the vacuum is on). Found it by following the big shore electrical in. BTW, I have a 2010 Road Warrior.

re-hauling bathroom, I'm looking for insight from the community

Well, I'm starting to make headway...here is the floor (I wound up moving the tile at the toilet up more though to change the stagger effect...I'm spacing it every 8"...I was going to do herringbone but the floor is too small to really appreciate the effect :) (the image is sideways again for...

accordion doors? (to replace pocket doors)

Thanks for reading this... I'm on an overhaul of the bathroom on a 2010 Road Warrior 305 and took apart the frame of the doorway to the bathroom via the bedroom since it was easier and will allow me to fit a 2' tall galvanized tank (3' diameter) as my new shower platform. Now that I'm looking...

I found this wiring in the wall that has my pocket door

Okay, thanks! (I had an AC installed in the forward compartment/bedroom, but it is separate from the main AC in the living area)

I found this wiring in the wall that has my pocket door

Gee, shouldn't it be covered then, since it's a hot wire?

I found this wiring in the wall that has my pocket door

I'm redoing the bathroom and took apart an interior wall (so that I could fit a tub inside). When I got the panel off of the wall, I found wiring inside that wall. This wall also houses the pocket door, so it is very odd that I would find wiring inside of it. These two sets are taped to each...

re-hauling bathroom, I'm looking for insight from the community

Well, I've got it apart and am getting a better vision of what to do. Here's the bathroom currently :) . (which the computer decided to flip sideways)

Sink drain has its own vent?

I found that pipe, it is behind the toilet on the other side away from where I want to move the sink. So, I'll likely cut the pipe, turn it toward where I want the new sink and go from there (using the vent system it has now). Thanks for the help!

Sink drain has its own vent?

thanks! And should I use this drain for the shower, I'll need to shorten the pipe below the flooring and retain this vent?

Sink drain has its own vent?

I've got a 2010 Road Warrior where I'm redoing my bathroom with the intention of removing the sink but keeping the drain as my new shower drain (or just cap it and keep the old one). I've now noticed that the drain seems to have a vent on it under the sink, I thought that would have been...

Think I popped my water heater

Eek...I'm watching this thread since I was told by my RV storage neighbor that opening the fresh valve and blowing with the compressor through the city inlet would build pressure to push all water out, but I'm in Texas so freezes only happen briefly, so was low concern.

Keeping a Refridgerator cold when driving

Well, that would be better except (and I hope I don't sound like I'm arguing, I'm just dialoguing so bear with me)...my emergency brake line caught on my coupler once when parking it. At first it seemed like the transmission had gone out in my 06 Dodge 2500 5.9, and I was nervous to say the...

Keeping a Refridgerator cold when driving

The extension cord and wind would scare the bejesus out of me...I don't care how much one thinks they might have secured something, that creates way too many variables that are way too awful in my mind.

re-hauling bathroom, I'm looking for insight from the community

Hi, thanks for reading this...here's my progress and questions, I'm hoping that some of you may be able to offer insight or other options I didn't consider (this is a 2010 Road Warrior). I would ask these of a contractor but RV life is very different than standard homes so...: 1. I'm removing...
