My local glass shop cut the radius for me for 6.50 a cut. It was a 3 1/2 radius. But I made a cardboard template from door for them to use.

We just picked up our 3160 which has coffered ceilings and ours has the fantastic fan in kitchen. But to answer the question how do you exhaust the kitchen. The new convection/microwave has a range vent in it.
