I have not heard of a window recall.
Have you checked the caulking at the top and sides of those windows? That is usually the reason floors rot below windows.

Since you have has issues with the front hydraulic landing gear there is a good chance that the 12 volt 50 amp auto reset breaker has failed.
That breaker for the hydraulic system is known to fail.
You should be able to find one at an auto parts store like Auto Zone. About 10 bucks.

I suggest that you call Heartland Customer Service. Have your VIN handy and they may be able to help provide a part number. Or sell you a new mount.

Refrigerators that are in slides tend to have poor air flow over the cooling fins. Many of us have installed a baffle to improve air flow over the fins in that compartment.
It looks like you have some sort of baffle to improve that airflow.

How did you determine that you have power in all of those areas? Did you use a multimeter?
Did you cycle the breakers off then on again? A visual is not a good way to determine if a breaker is tripped.
I'm also a little confused by a white wire going to a breaker. Normally you would have a black...
I don't know if you are comparing apples to apples by judging your use electric usage to your neighbors.
Neighbor might be running the refrigerator and water heater on propane rather than electric.
Everyones usage is different.
Just a thought.

I've had that happen.
So, it sounds like you have a leaky hydraulic cylinder in one of your slides. Rare that it happens but it does happen.
The leak most likely is internal so you won't see any hydraulic fluid leaking.
Download the LCI app and you may find trouble shooting information there...
It's commonly known as J-wrap. It might have other names as well.
You will most likely have to order through a dealer or Heartland directly. Shipping will be expensive.
Contact Heartland Customer Service they can guide you.

You mentioned "over time", how much time is that?
There is some parasitic battery usage going on all the time such as the lP detector.
The only sure way to prevent that is to disconnect the neutral battery cable during storage.
How old is your battery or batteries?

A long time ago I helped a guy that had the same problem. When he ordered the parts he was told that it's important to change that crossover line.
Don't make sense to me but it could be your problem.

Dave
Sounds like you need to take your multimeter and start at the pedestal checking voltage. When you no longer get 120 volts AC you have found the problem.

In order for the easy lube process to work, and I use that term lightly, there are several things to consider.
You need to be turning the wheel as you pump grease in.
You will need to pump a lot of grease to reach the outer bearing because the grease that you put in goes to the inner bearing...
Thanks for your input, but notice that this thread is nearly 12 years old.
As far as missing a roller your slide will probably sag causing problems in the future. The rollers do support the weight of the slide.
I would try to install a roller at or near the original.

Heartland has used several TV mounts over the years but it seems the usual method is to loosen an Allen screw or two. Usually looking up from the bottom and back of your TV.
It would also help if we knew the make, model and year of your coach as someone here may have an easy and direct answer...
Since we don't know the weight of the slides, slide mechanism or position if the axles on the frame if would be difficult to speculate what a pin weight could be.
Just a thought.

Since it was your grandfather's, unknown age of each, I would opt to sell it as vintage rather than lube my bearings with it.
Lubricants have come a long way in providing benefits in the way of lubricating, heat resistance to breakdown, corrosion and probably a lot more than what the older lubes...
Do you have slide toppers on your rig?
Could be that water is pooling somewhere and only drips when it gets warm picking up some color from the wood of your slide trim....could be.
Does the brown stuff have an odor?

Having a holding tank may be causing you to minimize water usage.
If your black tank discharge is thick and oatmeal like you need to use more water when flushing.
Peace
Dave
Are you sure that the tank is full of water?
Have you tried to run the pump till water is coming out of a faucet? The drain valve would need to be closed.
Others will chime in, we'll get you through this.

If you have an outside shower be sure the knobs are not in the on position.
Same goes for your shower faucets.
If the faucets are in the on position with a secondary on/off like on the outside shower head it will act as a mixer.

Dave
