I crawled around under my rig and sealed every little crack including the areas around the landing gear, lower rear cap, around the slide mechanisms behind lower front and battery compartment. Don't skip sealing anything.

What is on the other side of the wall that has that little vent?
If you have an outside wall there I don't see a reason why you couldn't vent it out.

There might be a flame adjustment screw for the oven, but I doubt it. Heck it could even be a faulty temperature valve for the oven itself, again I doubt that.
Has it ever worked properly?
Does the water heater and furnace function...
Some how they are getting into the underbelly and finding their way inside. You have to look for every opening and seal them up. Check the openings in the frame especially the areas of the slide hydraulics if you have hydraulic slides, check all stress at any levelers. All openings.

Not all water heaters have a second switch located on the water heater.
If at some point in time the electric was turned on and there was no water in the water heater the heating element may have burned out.
Have you checked the breaker?

It sounds like your cable may have come disconnected from the gate valve if it feels like it moves a little too easy.
You should crawl under the coach and investigate. If your underbelly is enclosed you will need to remove the Coroplast to investigate.
Also as previously mentioned it sounds like...
