Where the wire goes into the underbelly there may be a junction box under there or along the frame with spliced wires. You might have to drop the Coroplast a bit to check.
Check in that box for a loose connection.

Have you done a continuity test on that wire? How did you determine that there is a broken wire?
Although anything can happen, it would be very unusual for a wire to just break somewhere in the wall or ceiling.

There are still a few options.
There are portable AC units that stand on the floor, but they take up space. I've seen small window units installed.
My choice would be the RV rooftop model but would need to be wired differently because you are not wired in the ceiling. You would need to run 12...
Check the breaker box for an extra breaker marked bh or bunk our second AC. Something that would indicate its for the second AC. Also if you have a 30 amp shore cord, most likely it's not set up for a second AC. 50 amp cord, maybe.

I'm not sure if your asking a question.
Are you wanting to replace a slideout motor?
What model is your Bighorn? Which slideout are you referring to?
You might find some information in the Tools section located in navigation bar above.

If you drop your rig off at the dealer keep in mind that it's pretty common for dealers to have it quite a while.
Rather than canceling your summer don't use the flusher, just flush through the toilet.
Drop it off after your camping season.

I just looked at the specs for the 323BR and I didn't see anything about a washer prep. Is this a new rig or did it have a previous owner?
Could that shut off valve you mentioned be the gray tank drain valve and need to be hooked to a sewer?
Can you post a picture of that valve?

That is the cold air return for the heating system. I have my personal thoughts about the efficiency of it. My last rig had that return near the floor. In the summer hot air came in and in winter cold air came in. I removed the grate and blocked it off with a piece of cardboard then replaced the...
I just read through my Kodiak installation manual that I kept from when I installed my brakes in 2011. It recommend 40-50 foot pounds for the caliper guide bolts and that's the only spec given. Nothing on a graded bolt.

Dave
I do know of one guy that did not use graded bolts when he installed his disk brakes. A couple stops and those bolts sheared off.
I hope that NAPA sold you grade 8 bolts.

Short answer, no.
All 12 volt DC items always get power through the battery. Your converter keeps the battery charged when plugged in to shore power.
Or in absence of a battery your converter will supply the needed 12 VDC when plugged in to shore power.

Unfortunately the digital signal we now receive is not as strong as the older analog signal. Also I don't think the RV antennas are as good as we would hope for.
You said that you are in the boonies so what you are getting might be all you are gonna get.
It might be a good idea to check all of...
Nobody can say what Heartland has to say about warranty but Heartland, but I think that for a 16k repair it would have been prudent for the dealer to get prior approval from Heartland.

Another thought is if you have an inspection mirror you might be able to see the backside. It may have been crimped in place when manufactured.
Dremel tool might also be off some help.
Peace
Dave
I know of one person that made a riser to lift the antenna above the AC. He felt that the AC was blocking the signal.
I don't know if it helped.

The customer service rep may not be as well informed as we would hope. Changing your converter will not void your warranty on the entire trailer. It may however have some effect on the 12 volt electrical system if it's proven that what you did caused the problem.

If that pipe hanging down comes from the sink and the other stub goes to the tank then you need a P-trap.
Need to know the termination of those two white PVC pipes.

In your video when you bring the slide in one chain gets very loose. Have you looked at the pulleys and cables?
Something is binding.

Your awning material may be creeping in the channel on the sidewall. There should be a screw holding it in place.
Extend the awning and slide the welt in the sidewall track till the awning material is evenly taut. Test by retracting the awning and make adjustments as needed. Don't forget a small...
The first question is, how old are the batteries? If original they are in the 7 year old range and should probably be replaced. If one is bad that will drag down the other.
Are all anodes free of corrosion?

It could bee the steel frame has cracked welds or as mentioned it could be broken weld in the aluminum sidewall frame.
It is repairable and the only place I know of for repair is in Goshen, IN. There could be others but I'm not aware.
Call Customer Service they will guide you.

You have all the symptoms of the dreaded frame flex. The separation inside the front closet is the clincher for me.
I suggest that you call Heartland Customer Service and explain the situation.
