A side note here, a lot of RV dealers will tell you you can tow just about anything with your truck just to make the sale.
Do your homework.

Your max payload of 1061 is pretty skinny. The dry hitch weight of 800 leaves 261 for passengers, kids, pets and any gear you stow in the bed of the truck.
Check the towing guide link that Bogie provided.

Using your multimeter check the receptacle that the TV is plugged in to. If you have power then it would indicate that the TV is shot. And possibly the AC.
Do not rely on a visual for checking the breakers. Turn them off then back on.
Also check power at the pedestal. You may have power on only...
You are correct in that one end fits in a drill. The other end will go into the motor of the slideout for retraction in case there is an electrical failure.
There may be a seal over the hole in the end of the motor.

The tank monitors are notoriously inaccurate.
My method of monitoring when to dump is when the toilet kinda burps when flushing its time to dump. When the water is up to my ankles in the shower it's time to dump that gray tank and when my wife yells at me when the kitchen sink doesn't drain its...
Your roof likely has foam insulation. Fiberglass is a lot quieter.
I can hear when birds are walking up there. Wait till it hails, my ears are still ringing from a past hail storm.
You are not the only one.

I've never heard of an exhaust fan under the sink. Are you the original owner?
There is however, a passive air admittance valve located there. It does not require power.
If you smell sewer gasses there your air admittance valve may have failed. Easy to change and inexpensive. Least expensive...
Your gas absorption refrigerator needs 12 volts DC to operate, even when in the propane mode.
It sounds like you took the correct action, added a battery charger to charge the battery.

I bought those clips somewhere in Texas, don't remember exactly where.
You should be able to get some at Home Depot, Lowes or possibly a plumbing store.

My kitchen sink fell after a bonehead move by me. I took it out, cleaned all the old caulk and replaced the sink while using silicon caulk. I don't like using silicon but it's what is needed to hold the sink. I also added extra clips from the bottom. I braced it in place while the silicon set...
Have you checked the battery? Solenoid chattering can be a sign of low voltage.
Be sure that the battery terminals are clean and tight. Battery fully charged.
Also check the neutral buss wires.

If you want to replace with something like you have now you might find help HERE.
Otherwise people have replaced their blinds with, depending on which windows, either horizontal or vertical slat blinds.

You shouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall.
Many times the ASV is located behind a cabinet, screwed on wall panel or accessed through a round access hole in the shower wall. You mentioned switch center, look behind that.
Worst case you could do what many others have done, cut the two PEX lines...
Have you checked your battery voltage? E3 is the code for low voltage. This would also affect your radio.
Here is a little info that may help you. It's old but should still apply. Info

It will be difficult to adjust the slide when it is closed. You can make all adjustments with the slide extended.
Once you make an adjustment be sure to run the slide in and out. Check the slide fit to the wall. Inside with the slide extended outside with the slide retracted.
It's not difficult...
Just guessing here but it looks like one is for the black tank flush, (fitting right above that open door). And the other may be for your fresh water inlet, (right above the outdoor receptacle).
You could cut the hoses and run some water from those two water ports to find out. Then splice them...
You can easily do what you propose with the rear levelers but the front will be a bit more involved.
I would get two 6 ton hydraulic jacks. Position one on each side near the front levelers center of the frame. Raise each one a little at a time until the pressure is off the levelers. Then add...
I just mounted them on a bracket in the opening blowing the air up. It will create a chimney effect drawing air from the bottom opening out through the top opening.

Many of us here have done that at least once. It's a PIA job.
You might consider cutting a larger three sided flap in that Coroplast near where you plan to plan to work, being careful that there is no tank above the cuts. Hinge end toward the front of the camper.
You can put that back together...
Does the slide still function properly? It looks like that piece is just a plastic glide to prevent metal rubbing on metal and making noise.
Don't know about replacing it or if I even would. Might try a little slide lube in there.
