The holding tank gauges are notably inaccurate. Most users have their own method of monitoring the tank levels.

While I don't have the Lippert brand TPMS I did need 12 volts for my system. I just tapped into a 12 volt wire in the front closet.
So I think 12 volts is 12 volts no matter where it comes from.

The fan runs to cool the converter.
If your fan runs full time my first thought was what is the condition of your battery.
It's the electrolyte up to the proper level? Are the battery terminals clean and tight? How old is the battery? Does the battery take and hold the charge?

It seems that when there is an annoying vibration it's a sign that the fan is out of balance.
Could be caused by an insect nest on one of the blades.
I suggest pulling the cover off and inspecting the fan blades along with everything else up there.

First, if you purchased your rig new it should be covered by warranty.
Normally to bring an electric slide in manually there is a flex hex head tool that goes into the motor and it is then turned with a drill.
But since your motor is off the wall that is not an option.

If you have a slide and don't have a separate satellite input you can probably sneak the coax in between the slide wiper seals and the slide wall.
You can also find a more permanent solution by installing something like this.

Centerline mentioned a broken leaf, along with that make sure your springs have an arch and are not flat.

Sounds like your going in the wrong direction.
One of the causes of trailer sway is not enough pin weight. Changing trucks will not help that.
If you haven't had your rig weighed you cannot guess the pin weight.
