The best to use is Dicor Self-Leveling for the roof and Dicor non-self leveling for everything else. Silcone is not compatable with the rubber roof and neither is any caulk containing petroleum products. You can find the Dicor caulk at RV Supply stores. There are others but Dicor is the standard.

So I guess my answer is we need to periodically retighten (or at least check) on the tightness of the connections in the Transfer Switch and Breaker box.

I think the Good Sam Warranty has trip interruption. You can call them to be sure. Usually Heartland will not pay for your hotel/motel stay. Also with the roof exposed staying outside in a park waiting for the repair won't work.
