I used to suggest BFG AT until I had 2 throw the tread and destroy my truck... I used to suggest Toyo Open Country until I had 2 break tread belts on one trip to Branson, MO... The Toyos do last longer than the BFG's at the expense of more tread noise.

Not being a elechicken I might use something like this. There is nothing wrong with the ATS for this purpose I would prefer to not add a complicated piece of switch gear if I can avoid it.

Side note too on the Reflectix in the windows. I had both my door glass frames melt and drop the window glass into the door from the reflected heat off the reflectix. Something to consider, and possibly the reflectix is superheating the window frames from the inside out.

Re: Furnace blower not running properly I got this T-shirt... The screws as I recall are 8 point not Torx, you use the #2 square to get them out. The "star" appearance fooled me.

My solution was to burn mine... Its a terrible design really and I replaced my table with a 5' "lifetime" fold in half table. Much more versatile and allows me to use it where I see fit, outside/inside etc.

I think you will find the trip current of a circuit breaker to be higher than a similarly sized fuse. In all cases the CB will be more forgiving of "motor" current draw and that is the reason most are spec'd that way. This article doesn't address ATC fuses but might be helpful none the less.

Exactly, Jake brakes are a different beast. The true Jake break is a "engine" brake where as we and other light duty diesels have "exhaust brakes". Check youtube for explanation if you are interested.

But the truck in question has a single .71 over drive and the mythical truck has a .63 double overdrive like the .67 ratio of the 6r140 in the 11+ Ford and the .61 OD in the Allison 1000. That .6x gear ratio in the top OD makes a huge difference in highway RPM.
