I think it is two sided tape on the backsplash. Be careful. Ours fell durring travel, luckily it did not break. I put it back in place with the same tape and applied a little extra pressure to secure it. Has not fell since.

There was quite a bit of glass in the floor vent. I reached as far as i could with a wet vac. I am going to have the dealer take a look. Hopefully none got in the heater blower fan.

Mine shattered while enroute from Erie,Pa to Watertown, NY. The acorn Nut holding the door latch came loose and who knows how it shattered, especially the center pane. I secured the latch with a lock nut. I was really surprised setting up camp that afternoon.

On a recent trip the middle glass sliding shower door shattered. We continued the trip by using a shower curtain and shower rod. Secured the two remaining doors and cleaned shattered glass for weeks. I even vacuumed glass out of the bathroom heater register. The coach is at the dealer awaiting...

How long was the delivery ( transit) time from the built date? The dealer is saying 7 - 14 days. Does that sound about right? Anyway the dealer is still saying about 16 May for PDI. I'm hoping sooner.

Re: Shaking ot trailer Hydraulic auto-levelers will eliminate all shakes. No need for any additional leveling aids or stabalizers. Well worth the price.

I have 2011 F-350 KR long bed with 20" wheels. I also have the 25K Reese hitch from Ford. My coach is 08' Bighorn RL3370. The only thing I did was raise the hitch to the 17" adjustment to get 6 - 7" bed rail clearance. Everything appears level while towing. It tows just fine.

Congratulations, You'll love it. We had ours installed after the rally. No problems so far. (Except for a minor hydraulic leak. anyway it doesn't leak anymore) It is a great system.

Bill, The replacement piece you are referring to is it 8' wide by roughly 8' long? I have had problems since January with mine separating (where the overhang and front cap meet) and extremly weavy (buckled). I am sure mine was caused by water damage due to the caulking seperation. Water...

Had the Level-Up system installed on Wednesday. So far so good. I am very pleased. Being completly level is a new experience. One comment, the instruction from Ron at Trail-Air was fast and a lot of info to absorb. The written directions are very helpful.

Those rigs that have the level up system installed, Is there any need for the rear stabalizer jacks? Are they taken off as part of the installation upgrade? Just curious, I have the JT stabalizers installed and will remove at least the front set prior to the rally.

I noticed my overhang was sagging. Further investigation appears to be water collected in the area. Not very much, but can hear it slosh when I push the fiberglass up against the floor. Wondering where the water may have come from? We did tow a couple hundred miles in the rain three weeks ago...

Where is the basement splitter located on a 2008 BH 3370RL? I currently have Sat backfed thru the cable system as described above and the signal reaching the bedroom TV is weak and fuzzy. Therefore there must some signal loss thru the cable system ( possibly the splitter).

Had the same problem last January. Took the unit to the dealer and they replaced the Normal/Bypass valve. It appears the valve was stuck in the winterize position and not allowing sufficient hot water to pass thru.

I had a valve replaced a couple weeks ago. My problem was not getting hot water into the unit. Although, the valve appeared to operate normally, the internal parts of the valve was stuck as to allow only cold water when the Hot water tap was on. All appears to work as advertised.

To update the front door dripping water; After a 6 week road trip to FL, SC, and GA., the drip continues to persist. This happens after a moderate rain shower or washing. I have caulked around the door seams, glass, etc. I can not imagine where the water is coming from. I can only assume it is...
