I've been curious about the JT strong arms vrs something like steadyfast. I have a 6 point auto leveling system and I've heard that there are some requirements to "load" the JT strong arms so that they provide the correct support.

Yes the bypass valves and everything else will be behind your UDC wall. Here is a picture of a 38RSRT I took during a factory tour. Notice the 3 valve positions. The middle one is open, the other two are shut (which is bypassing the water heater).

No heartland suggested the unit be returned to Elkhart again to be repaired. I told them to hold it there and I will come pick it up as I will care about my unit unlike the cheapest transport company. So I am now in Minnesota. Only 639 more miles to go.

I have had similar issues with black and grey tanks. They just don't appear to dump as fast as I would expect them too. I am guessing I'll need to inspect/replace the valves and/or the cables (which have always been extremely hard to pull)

And hello to the southbound bighorn appeared to be pulled by a red ford dually. Passed ya going northbound stuck in traffic just south of carpenter road overpass exit 111! Safe travels! The heartland rigs are out today!

We will get ourselves registered once I call the campground and confirm that they are ok with 6 ppl and 6 dogs in one campsite :). That's mostly what ends up being an issue. If they are ok with that then we should have no problems!

Wife and I were headed north on I-5 in WA state and passed a Big Country at exit marker 49 around 11:40am. Nice rig pulled by a grey dually chevy. Safe travels! We were in a Tahoe, we don't have our camper back yet... Soon though well be back out on the WA roads.

My 37 Ultimate has done this and it's a result of the bathroom door catching the inside lip of the slide. The inside won't show much when this happens but the bottom outside skirt will have a dent. The slide brace will also be bent a bit. Nothing major if you caught it soon enough. It sucks...
