Good deal! Ours, had some build up that prevented the curved part of the valve from closing all the way. I went a step further that just the vinegar and water and, using an old credit card, lightly scraped the area of contact and cleaned again...haven’t had any problems for a long time.
Duane, when I make a large shelf for 2/3 of my basement, I covered it in a grey indoor/outdoor carpet I found at one of the big box stores...not sure if Lowe’s or HD. Matched very well and pretty cheap IIRC
I have replaced at least one of these step down regulators on both of our rigs and maybe two on the RW. The internal rubber diaphragm is what fails and allows propane to leak out of the equlazation port. My last failure was the day before we were traveling without the rig and extremely cold...
One other tip I received before I took my test that I found extremely helpful was to wear a hat so looking at the mirrors motion was slightly exaggerated so the tester was able to see I was checking my mirrors often.
I’ve had my sewer hose and 6 pieces of plastic guttering stored in a 6” plastic 6x6 cover attached in the same manner since we have owned the rig, pulled over 20k miles and have never had any problems or even able to tighten the clamps any at all. So, IMHO, if the beam clamps are installed...
Those paddleboards should have a low enough profile that you could lay them across the front of the truck bed rails and still have clearance during tight turns, similar to the low profile tool box lid I have on mine????
Rex, I’m not sure about the sales tax issue since I didn’t have to pay any when we transferred in 2012. I do know that I had to pay an additional fee of $90 per vehicle on top of the regular registration fees to transfer my 3 vehicles. That $90 was a one time fee. So, something to consider if...
