The material is just a type of fiberboard, IIRC, and if it has gotten wet from the inside, it can be deteriorating and no amount of supporting will last. The panel will need to be replaced if that is the case.

Jeb, see my previous post (#10) since you may have the same problem. The chain/sprocket I was talking about is located on the front side of the reel. Getting to it is the challenge but if you can, the repair is easy.

Gary is probably very correct however, I can vouch for the extraordinary customer service and technical support that I have received from TST on the few occasions I have had a question or problem. So, IMHO, sale price is just one element in my decision to buy a particular product.

I know you are plugged in to shore power but do you know the status of your battery power? Low battery power is often a culprit in slide/leveling issues. Quick and easy check before you start more involved measures.
