I tried to seal all the edges, trim and bolts with caulk but I sure hope the patio door was built to be out in the rain. Otherwise sure makes for a hassle to use it.
I have wondered the same thing. I have mine out some in the rain in the sine April. So far no problems. But I hope we get more information on how well sealed it is.
ScottyB it doesn't look like anyone has come up with a good solution to adding bleach or using on board pump with our setup. Come on all you creative minds
Porthole that is how I did in my old camper. It had a connection for winterizing and city connection. Scottyb my 4100 only has one connection so I don't see how this works. What am I missing..
I am not sure how to explain the red tabs. I am not near the unit and have only used the awing a couple of times. They are part of the supports that slide out then attach near the door opening. They allow you to extend the supports to tighten the awing.
The flaps slide in a slot just inside...
I have the 4100 without the seat in the closet area. My dealer had to extend the w/d cabinet out on the left side to get the stackable units to fit. They did an excellent job and you wouldn't think it wasn't factory if you didn't know. I don't have a picture. They won't fit otherwise. My unit...
I noticed one of the screw heads on my ladder support is broken off as the screw exits the fiberglass. My 4100 is less than 3 weeks old and have only used the ladder 3 times not even going all the way up. The screws are not a strong enough grade when they are attached solidly.
It is located on the wall between the sliding door and bathroom door. Not much heat comes out. We have found that a small electric heater keeps the toy room reasonable warm with the sliding door open. We do have carpet on the floor. We even have the back door open with only the 3 season wall...
Re: ATF: Big Country - Are the new awning LED's standard?
I just saw our new cyclone 4100 on Sat. I was just built Feb. 25 and deliveried the next day to dealer. It has has the LED lights on the awning roller when extended. Pretty cool. Sure anxious for Friday when we do PDI. Just one...
Our new 4100 arrrived at the dealer today just ahead of the snow storm. We sure are anxious to see it. We ordered the Blue trim to match our truck but have not seen any that color yet. We did see a 4100 before we ordered it but we wanted some options. We ordered it Jan. 15th. It will be...
The pigtail hose with the green fitting on it does have high flow or leak protection built into it. If there is a leak it shuts down. Therefore they put the 30 lb regulator on the system to prevent it from shutting down when you first hook up a newly filled tank. If that isn't there with the...
Re: ATF: Landmark - Suspension ? on my 2008 [built year = 2006] Mount Rushmore
I think you will find you have a very good upgrade with disk brakes. It is a very expensive add on
Well on of your concerns is taken care of. The seat is now gone. They have a full closet. The W/D is still up front though. I have seen one up close. Very nice unit but we ordered the 4100 because we like the big bath room with two doors and fire place a little more centered. I did like...
The 4200 I saw had the full closet and King bed. not roomy but workable. we want a queen anyway so that is what we ordered(the queen) It will give a little more rooom and a little night stand on both sides of the bed.
I just order one last week and also saw the new brochure that was just printed and posted on there web. My understand is that all of these units now have the full closet with now seat. They also are plumbed for washer/dryer. That is what salesperson confirmed, the brochure showed and the new...
Placed the order for the 4100 King yesterday real excited! It will be replacing a Montana 3400RL. We just wanted the versitility of the "extra room" we hope it still offers all the comforts of the Montana which we loved. I am sure the grandkids will like the bunks and their parents the...
If I order the themopane windows does that change the amount of screen or vent area very much. On my current camper the themopane windows had much smaller vent or open area than the standard windows. Thanks for your quick reply to previous question
I am thinking of buying a 4100. Do any of you havAe the six point leveling system? What brand is it? Does it level both side to side and frt to back? Auto Level?
