What truck/hp do I need for pulling Cyclone 3612?

Sure do! The 4.10s, Aisin HD and Diesel. It's a great truck for pulling the triple axle Cyclones. That hitch setup is almost the same as mine. I have the Reese picture frame and the Curt Q24. Reese and Curt supply the Ram parts, just rebadged. I got the Q24 because it was only a few...

    IPI Berg System 2

You're welcome. When I priced it out, it was almost the same price to buy the parts and make my own, as getting the system as a whole. I bought from Wise Sales a few years ago.

    Dometic micowave

Check your paperwork, in the big blue folder. My filters were in the instruction manual for the microwave, inside the blue bag. I can measure mine so you know what size you need if you can't find them.

What truck/hp do I need for pulling Cyclone 3612?

Tom, we have the same Ram (assuming you have DRW) and have no problems pulling my Cyclone. You'll be impressed with how easily it pulls, especially uphill. Enjoy dragging that trailer around. I was running about 45-50 PSI in my airbags with an empty trailer and felt it was a great ride.

Good call on the oven. I forgot about that. Since we used our SOB over all of two times, it wasn't on my radar.

That would be really helpful on my side of the bed, since we don't have the table on the north side of our king bed slide. Thanks for posting this.

    IPI Berg System 2

I used the IP Berg system to run my pair of Hondas. I was really happy with it, and the quick connects made it easy to use one or both generators. The hoses were sealed when not connected, so only attaching one generator was a non issue. It was so much easier to fill the extended tank with a 5...

If you plan to keep up the tradition, I can't wait to see photos of your 2017 4300 :p. Congrats on the new trailer. I hope you enjoy yours as much as we do ours. What are you towing it with?

Where would be the best place to advertise our 5th wheel for sale?

I listed my old unit on Craigslist for a fair price. I had several callers the next day, and the unit sold for full price in two days. I was also about $2K above what the local lots would consign for, $3K above their cash price, and $8K above my dealer's trade in offer. I was worried about...

    Sony Home Theater System Help

Unfortunately, no. It doesn't have inputs beyond the red and white RCA jacks. It has HDMI out, and a LAN connection but no digital audio/video inputs. I'm thinking a soundbar is in my future, except there is no easy place to put the sub. The fireplace has a built in cubby, so there is no...

Cyclone 4200 - thoughts on rear patio

Re: Cyclone 4200 orders If you venture away from the campsite, do you fold up the patio and lock the ramp door? Or, do you lock the slider into the living room, and hope no one pilfers the garage while you are gone? I can see that being one advantage to the side patio on the 4200. I have the...

Calling all Cyclone 4000 owners... Need input ASAP Please!

Chief, There was no mention on my walk through of removing the cables each time. They fold up and out of the way when closing. I'd imagine removing them each time I opened and closed the door would get mighty old, mighty fast. I may follow up with Heartland, but I thought I remember someone...

    Sony Home Theater System Help

I ran into a hiccup. It turns out my RCA cables were mistakenly placed on the TV inputs, instead of the outputs. I switched them around, and OTA TV sound came through the surround speakers like it should. However, I ran a Blu Ray player into the TV's HDMI input. The sound is not passing...

Do You Feel Restricted on Where You can Pull Your Rig?

You'd be surprised where you can take your rig once you are comfortable with the combination. I used to pull a 40' flatbed behind my dually with my 4x4 on it (it was a huge 4x4). I took that thing down some twisty roads with minimal lane width. I wasn't too worried about it. Once you learn...

Jeff, thanks for posting this. Now hopefully I can connect a blu ray directly to the TV and play the audio though the surround system. I was resigned to just using TV speakers for blu ray audio.

Cyclone 4200 - thoughts on rear patio

Re: Cyclone 4200 orders I was thinking of getting a folding table that could easily be moved out of the way to get to the rear patio. If I had the option of two patios on mine I would probably only go with the side one. I'm not sure I will use the patio enough to justify the expense of two...

I run the stickered pressure 80 front and 65 rear in my 14. I did the same with my 05. I don't find the ride harsh enough to lower the pressure when not towing.

I wish I could offer specifics about where to store things, but we just got our 4000 home last week. I've been concentrating on installing TVs and playing with 6 pt level up :). I noticed the kitchen storage you talk about, but thought I could make up for the room by adding shelves in the...

    Sony Home Theater System Help

I noticed a great deal of static coming from my TV speakers in my 4000 when I played with the DVD player. That may have been a radio station since I'd have terrible reception where I keep the trailer. I just turned down the TV speakers and ignored it.

    Table hole plugs?

Have you tried those plugs yet? The mating floor brackets that camping world referenced in that link are different than the floor brackets in the cyclones. Ours are a cylindrical hole. The one in the camping world link have a three leaf hole to drop and twist the table leg. I'd really like an...

I forgot what the 2 switches are below the control panel on the Cyclone 3800..Mmmm?

    Smoky furnace

That's weird that you've used the heater before, but now it decides to smoke. Let me know what they say if you have it checked out. Mine was clear as a bell when I went in this morning. Since I spent about an hour working in the trailer with the smoke building up, all I felt was an...

I forgot what the 2 switches are below the control panel on the Cyclone 3800..Mmmm?

The top one is your 3 way switch to turn on/off the bedroom and garage AC. I don't have the black and red switch in mine, so I'm going to agree that it is for your Yeti package.

    Couch options in the 4100

I don't see it on the website options list, but the paper (downloadable) Cyclone brochure shows the option to add a love seat and table & chairs or dinette in place of the couch. I'd believe the weight difference would be minimal. There was for a time a photo of 14(+/-) Heartland employees...

    Smoky furnace

I'm happy to report that after leaving it on all night, the furnace is odor and smoke free. I left the garage vent and bathroom vent open with the bathroom fan running. I'm confident the smoke was a result of oil on the burner. I'll admit I was pretty worried when I first noticed it. A quick...

    Smoky furnace

I forgot how smoky a new furnace in a new unit can get. It put a small haze in the air this afternoon when I ran it for a bit. I Took Delivery Yesterday - Cyclone 4000

I was aware that the couch sections pulled apart, and moved into the garage. I'm still trying to decide where to keep it since getting it through the door to the garage is going ot be a challenge each time. I like the idea of coming in though the garage if the keys work. I can keep the couch...

ATF: Cyclone - Garage Warning Sticker Near Bunks

I wonder if it applies when the garage is full of toys? I can't imagine they would put two beds in the garage if it was an issue. I've only ever seen that sticker on the basement doors of Class A motorhomes.
