Unfortunately, Heartland does not offer skip protection from the factory. However, most dealers have a warranty/protection plans that they could offer you to ensure coverage in the event you have a problem with dragging while entering your driveway. Hope this helps!

Mike, I'm not sure why you would be getting a sewer smell in the bedroom. I have not heard of other owners with this problem. My recommendation is that you take the unit in to a dealer and have them look at your black tank to make sure it is working properly. Thanks
