I would recommend that you remove the pull out handle from the hose and check the pressure directly at the hose. If the pressure is sufficient then the likely cause is lime build up or sand/gravel/plastic shaving caught in the inner screen.

The 2008 Bighorn was indroduced to the market 1/1/07. The 2008 literature was printed 11/06 which is the current 2008 literature. We have new literature being printed now and will be available in two weeks but it will look similar to the literature printed 11/06. hope this helps!

The 2007 model Bighorn had a quick connect spray port on the door side and in the docking station - those spray ports do not have hot water. On the 2008 model Bighorn you get a hot and cold shower in the docking station. Hope this helps with your question.

Debra - I'm sorry to hear that your lamp shades are not fitting. I do not have a recommendation for a smaller lamp shade but I would recommend that either you or your dealer move the valance legs in about 1/2" to 1". thanks, Coley

The 2925RK has slide rooms on one side only. Thus having an unbalanced load with the rooms deployed, with the rooms retracted the load shifts toward the center. Hope this helps!

BIGHORN now uses 2 doors at the entry closet. The closet is still the same width so you could order 2 doors to replace the 1 larger door. In order to do this you would need to contact your dealer and have them place the order through our parts department. Hope this helps answer your question.
