This is something we will address with Lippert, they install the landing on the frame, however we will 100% check prior to the unit leaving the floor department from this point going forward. This shouldn’t be an issue with the Landmark product as it has always used the hydraulic system.

The Big Country does not have a laundry chute. We can not put one in front of the dresser for the 2950 as that would end up right in the middle of the exterior pass through storage compartment. Hope this helps with your question. Regards, Coley

Heartland Customer Service does not give build status to any customers as they do not have access to that information. You really should be able to get this information from your dealer. Lead times right now are running anywhere from 7-10 weeks depending on the floorplan. thanks!

All of the Bighorn units are sized for the Splendide combination models. Landmark units and the 3400RL/RE 3600RL/RE will accept the stackable set. Please get with your local dealer as Bighorn does not offer a washer/dryer option. This type of item would need to installed by your dealer. thanks,
