You don't state what year or make or model you have. Mine is three years old and I have a couple of small holes, but nothing significant for a slide awning. If yours is new or under warranty, I would ask for replacements.

Regarding the MSRPs, make sure you find the ones that were posted by Jim Beletti on 8/5/08 to make sure that the MSPR that the dealer is showing you is not fictional. Shop some of the online discount dealers and see what they are asking. I can't see why your dealer is not discounting from MSRP.
