One of the selling points on the San Antonio for us was the desk. Also as for carpeting ask for the max vinyl option. Almost eliminates carpeting in the living area.

With me State Farm not only could not touch Good Sam's price they could not come near the coverage. We've had goos Sam insurance on every Rv we've owned. Put in a claim recently and the covered it with no questions asked.

Does the big country have a 2 year or 1 year warranty? If it has the two year, I would take it in for warranty repair. There is no reason the finish should be going bad this soon and if it is still under warranty there is no reason why you should have to fix it.

Jim I've been down this road with the service manager, etc. That is what caused my frustration back in September. I would much rather discuss this via PM or other method then rehash it again in open forum.

Jim How do I contact that person? I am going to be bringing my rig in to finish up the warranty service and I want to have all the issues settled before I do. There are still several outstanding items where according to Camping World, they are in disagreement with HL.

What level of improvement are you seeing and if you could only do one would it be the bully dog or the air intakes.

My biggest question is how does the bully dog and cold air intake impact your warranty? I have a 2012 F350 SRW 4WD and from what I understand those two modifications really help. But I'm worried about warranty.
