Thanks again for the quick responses. From what I now know, I agree that complete replacement is not the solution. But, if there is an area of the floor decking that has suffered water damage then it should be and could be replaced. If in fact there is no damage o the sub floor but only...
Thanks to everyone for the quick response. My gut tells me to push for a solid fix. That is why, one week ago I posted a question about the floor construction under the ATF portion of the forum. Still being new to the forum I'm not sure how ATF is supposed to work and since I've gotten no...
I would like the opinion of fellow Heartland Owners. My Landmark is currently at the dealer for a variety of warranty repairs. Two of the issues involve the floor in the main part of the RV. Specifically bubbling of the vinal in the area of the sink (they found delamination of the wood sub...
Re: Bighorn problems.
I agree completely with the concers about QC at the factory. The list of defects on my 2014 Landmark was 28 items long. They ranged from the standard tv antenna that won't turn because of too much sealant to an anti siphon valve that was sawed off to a terrible job filling...
I owned an open range roamer for two years before buying our heartland. We went with heartland because we wanted to upgrade both in quality and comfort. Now I realize my experience is just that, my experience but the quality on the open range seems to have been far superior to heartland. Our...
I don't know whose rig that is but we were there this summer and if I send you a photo of our TV and RV could you photo shop us into the photo inplace of the sundance? :-)
I'm having the dealer remove all of the stickers while the RV is in for initial warranty work. I don't know if they would normally do this but they (Camping World) are feeling a bit guilty right now so...
I did the same thing on my last 5'er. I will probably do that on my Landmark once it gets back from the dealer. I like the idea of buying the drawers premade. A bit more expensive but a whole lot less trouble.
Hi
I would like to know what the sub floor in the 2014 Landmark San Antonio is made from? My dealer is saying that it is 'Pressed Wood' and I would like to know if that means plywood or some other type of wood material?
Hi
My DW and I looked at a front bath model from another brand and did not care for it. While it does give you a very nice, large, bathroom it means that anyone taking a shower has to walk through your bedroom. Also, looking at the kitchen, there is not a bunch of counter top space. For us...

What model whole house regulator and gauge did you buy and did you do a permanent install or is it attached to the hose from the city water? And, if you don't mind me asking, how much did it all cost?
I'm familiar with those types of trucks along with towers and engines. Ah, the memories of practicing with 4 other people on a hose line when the joker on the engine turns the deck gun on you and knocks you off your feet. But back in those days you actually rode on the back of the engine going...
We keep ours on a full hook up site at the Air Force Academy. So far, no problem. As for crime, I hope that keeping the coach on a military installation would mean that crime would not be an issue (it has not for the last two years anyway). But, I guess one of those young cadets could get a...
