Just this week this unit decided to turn itself off. After reading several posts concerning these fireplaces I am at wits end.
Things I have done
1. Removed Fireplace
2. Took air compressor and sprayed all of unit to remove dust.
3. as long as unit lays flat on it's back it runs continuously...
Mine started haing issues where the lights were not coming n and different colors than I wanted. It is a no brainer. I will be taking them down. I only plugged mine in when I wanted them to show which was not very much.
In getting prepared for our trip I hooked up city water to make sure no leaks and run water thru system. First I had put some clorox in the fresh water tank and filled it up and let it set for 48 hours.
Today I hooked up city water to flush the lines out. last thing i checked was the...
Ok I just got off the phone with Blue sky.
If you are a fulltimer, meaning not staying in one place very long, the coastal thing does not apply except, if you are within 1500 feet of a coast or a river (prone to flooding). However, if you garage(stay more than 180 days) your unit in a coastal...
We are moving to our property and have cable tv so we will not be needing the tailgater. It is a 9 out of 10 with 10 being new.
Works perfectly when we used it. Even had our local channels from home 500 miles away when it could get on that particular satelitte.
asking 300.00 I can ship...
After 29 years Bank of America decided to put me to the curb. It wasn't exactly what I was planning because I turn 59 April 20 but wanted to retire when I reached 60.
Underneath the metal tray that the slide falls down into has a piece of angle the length of it. When we put 3 over 300lb seating on the couch and kitchen chair puts a load on the slide floor thus bending the top 1 inch square tubing(over time). when slide is extended the top seal was also not...
I was noticing my passenger slide was sagging and went down below and found the following. The braces underneath were micky mouse rigged and I had to beef them up a bit. So I went to Lowe's and bought some 1/8 angle iron and braced it up . No more sagging!
So sorry just seen this now. Our friends David and Jennifer run David's rv coatings . They are down the main isle and they have their fifth wheel as their display. Maybe we can coordinate a camp at rainbow soon.
Hey Susan haven't heard from you ....Patty and I are planning to be there Friday as well. We are planning to be at the gates at 9am .We have some friends(Vendors) that we are going to hang with.
Had to totally remove the window. Found where it was still leaking but just a little leak. I'll post pictures later. The side was not sealed around the window at all when I started digging caulk out there was water trapped. Hasn't rained in in 10 days!
I was thinking more of a 1 ton F350 with duals. I had issues pulling mine in the wind with a 250 srw. Just don't get in hurry at your slower speed and map out your gas stations ahead time. I get 8-9 mph pulling mine with a diesel, so not much gain there.
I've already changed out the D channel seals.....because they got all goey .... I think it must have been a bad batch of rubber from china most likely.....
Ok, I have search the internet trying to find a wiper seal for the bedroom slide out that is 2 1/4 wide and have had no success. Mine is torn at the very top on the front and rear of the bedroom and I have countless times used the recommended slide seal conditioner. On the these same corners...
I've been a long time advocate of capping the end and put it in the freezer. Then when you need some, let it thaw out and use it. Been doing this for many years with success
My friends from Green Coves Springs, Florida will be there displaying their RV roof coating. Thay have a patent pending formula that noone can copy!
Go by and see them and tell them Randy sent you by.
Sealed window , sealed underneath taking out those plastic runners and put aluminum in their place and all caulked up . even treated the actual flooring with denatured alcohol and shellac and allowed the wood to soak it up as in wicking. Still have a leak in the area floor by that wall. I have...
