It's been 2 years since we've been able to use the trailer it's a north trail 22fbs. The water pump runs. I can hear air coming out of the faucets, however there is no water being pulled from the full fresh water tank.What am I missing?

After a couple of deaths in the family and having our truck stolen, we're finally back. Its been 2 long years. We picked up a new to us truck. We get to go on our first camping trip in a couple of weeks. It feels good. It's a short trip but enough to work the bugs out. We can't wait.

I can't find the answer out there. I need to add Heat Tape to my water supply hose. I have been to Ace, Lowes and Home Depot. I have read on the packages NOT FOR HOSES. What heat tape do I use so my supply line doesn't freeze? I know that I have read about people adding Heat Tape to their hoses.
