Since there’s a check valve after pump and one at the city water connection, you could have weeping on either. Expansion tank needs to go on cold line.

With everything you’ve done so far it seems clear thermal expansion is your problem. As the water heats it expands in the water heater tank. Normally water heaters are designed to expand into the incoming cold water line. Our RVs are a closed water system. The check valve in the incoming city...
Here’s a link to a thread I posted 6 1/2 years ago. I still stand by it.

Your Accuslide cables are way, way out of adjustment. Surprised chain hasn’t come off the sprockets. In 2179.jpeg you can see on the green block the chain connection is at the very end of the adjustment bolt. My guess is the jam nuts weren’t tight allowing connections to loosen up. If you’re...
All the legs should touch the ground. If the site is very unlevel you may need to manually level it. If extremely unlevel you may need to put blocks under the leveling pads. Or, as I would do, find a more level site. If the site is reasonably level and your auto level is acting this way, there’s...
If the water in your drain tray is freezing or anything else in your frig, you have the cooling level set too high. Nothing should freeze in the frig. I look at mine every morning and adjust cooling level based on the temp in frig and ambient temp. These are not like home refrigerators, you have...

You have to determine what size you need.

I have used our Splindide washer on the inverter, but. I usually turn the breaker off to washer when we’re on inverter. Because I’ve had the washer make clicking (off and on noises) sometimes when the inverter kicks on.

IF you’re sure the detector only sounds after stove or heater had been on for awhile, then it’s not a pressurized line leak. Meaning checking the lines before the stove or heater is useless. If it were a pressurized line you would have to LP detector sounding all the time.

Different part number than yours. Just for connecting wires together. No fuse.

Yeti has heaters on waste and fresh water tanks, heater on fresh water line to/from tank as well as extra insulation in front cap. At least that’s the way is was on my 2016 BH. If you’re camping your water heater should be on so so Yeti heater required.

You are absolutely right on. No reason you can’t run three on 50 amp service. It would be possible to overload one 50 amp leg if both A/Cs we’re on and one or more other high amp draw appliance we’re on at the same time. My guess, RV service business or manufacturer don’t want you coming back on...
I’ve had one and it works sometimes but not in every situation. A bottle jack is a good idea but dangerous without jack stands, imo, mostly on unlevel ground. I now use my hydraulic leveling jacks which you don’t have. Have the trailer. If you only have room for one thing, get a bottle jack and...
It doesn’t appear Tredit has your style any more. On my 2016 Bighorn I had three different wheels have pin hole leaks and Tredit finally replaced all four of them with a different style wheel. I am the original owner though (can’t remember if that makes a difference though). No problem with new...
If you’re looking for an inverter/charger this is a good, while supplies last, deal. XANTREX FREEDOM SW3012 3000W 12V INVERTER/CHARGER deal. $1,124.00...
I have the Morningstar TS-MPPT-60 solar controller and two SOK 206ah lithium batteries. Works great, you just have to custom program the controller.

The white wire on the element should go directly back to the neutral connection in the breaker box. The black wire that, you said, goes to the element is connected to a high limit switch. If that switch is opened, no power to element (switch opens on temperature rise). My experience is with...
The manual says on page 11 there should be a 5 amp fuse at power source (or fuse panel). However, that doesn’t mean that’s where it’s at. I wouldn’t trust the labels on either panel. It could still be wired to the DC panel.

I have the same year of Bighorn but different model. I’ve never had a problem with those pins. There might be something else going on. I use a dry lube before just about every trip. I spray it on the round gear with teeth, that gear’s bearing and the track with teeth. I don’t spray it on...
Guess your slides are hydraulic. Not as simple as just adding a switch. Have to add wiring from switch to hydraulic pump, add some electrical controlled hydraulic solenoid valves, redo hydraulic lines and more.

Pack wheel bearings before you reassemble everything. I wouldn’t use the zirk fittings to pack new, grease free, wheel bearings. My opinion is not use zirk fittings at all for wheel bearings.

Measure from the wall to center of toilet bolts, as in picture. This is your roughin. You can get a new toilet with your roughin distance or less but not more.

Get another solar guy. It is indeed possible to do what you want. You will need more parts than just the solar panels though.

What’s the manufacture name on front of microwave. I have a 2016 Bighorn and it may be same model. If so I can give you model number. Not sure you can count on Heartland putting same microwave in all 2015 models.
