Yes all switches are in there proper positions. I'll try testing the element with electricity on. But why would a brand new element not work? The tank was full before I turned everything on and the reading is fine with the electricity off.

I had the same problem two months after I bought my brand new sundance 2900mk. Solved the problem by remove the small vent cover next to the fill. Stuck in a straw and blew. Water started bubbling out and the problem was fixed.

May seem like a silly question, but I was wondering if you should pull in the slide outs or leave them out when washing the fifth wheel? Sundance 2900MK
