Nowadays people are looking for counter space in their kitchens. I think if BH would design a flip up counter, that matches the curve of the island when put up, would be a good thing for those times you just don' have enough space. Just thinkin out loud

Make it an option for the Stainless Steel stove. I think owners would like the option of the addtional counter space with the stoves the Big Horn has in them with the lid that are flush with the counter.
