Met a Landmark Cape Cod owner

We are on our way back to Dickinson to sell our house. We stopped over night at the Singing Hills RV park in Cave City Kentucky. I noticed a Landmark that turned out to be a Cape Cod when I pulled in. I took a contact card down to meet the owner, but soon learned that he has had many, many problems with his unit(s). This is his second Heartland, after his first was bought back by the factory. He is having many of the same type of problems with this one. I referred him to Jim Fenner and he said he will call him and tell him about his problems.

I didn't get his name after he told me he'll never own another Heartland.
