We're looking for RV park recommendations for October/November in these four states. Only real requirements are full hookups and accommodating a 40' rig.

Thanks!

Try Seashore Campsites where we are having the NJ HOC Rally in October. I believe that they can meet your request

Massachusetts gets a vote for Normandy Farms in Foxboro. Excellant indoor and outdoor facilities. Between Boston and Cape Cod.

Will you be staying up that way after Copake?

Debbie, Eric has us booked in CT for October and NJ for November. We're going to try to see the Macy's parade on Thanksgiving. After that, we're headed back south for the winter.

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone!

I 2nd Normandy Farms. Plus you can check out Gillette Stadium and the two shopping areas around it if you like. One is in Wrentham (Wrentham Village Outlets) the other is right at Gilette Stadium. If you go there, Try Toby Keith's I love this Bar and Grille. It's pretty darn good..

One in Connecticut would be Strawberry Park. It is a few miles away from Foxwoods Casino which is a big attration in the area.

In Rhode island you can tray Fisherman's Memorial Park. It is a State Park so it is inexpensive (if it is still open at that time of year).

We recently came home from a 6000 mile trip from Texas to Maine and stayed at a wonderful RV Resort in Oakham Mass called Pine Acres. It is a beautiful park and every amenity we could have ever wanted. It is situated near a lake with a beach. We have a 38 foot 5th wheel and we had 50 amp full hookups and a huge campsite with no problems accessing it. It was convenient to nearby towns with Walmart, etc. Have a great time and good luck

Hi John and Lori,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners forum and family. We have a great bunch of people here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge if needed.

Hope you enjoy the forum and your Sundance.

We stay there every Father's Day Weekend. Pine Acres should also be on your short list. Walmart in Leicester is approximately 5 miles from the campsite. If your travelling through Central Mass, let me know if your looking for anything specific. I can probably help you out with directions, and places to go.

Thank you Jim and Bette! I am a new-b and still trying to figure out how this works! More a FB kinda gal :) I have learned a lot and done quite a bit of research on this forum already. Look forward to meeting everyone at a Rally sometime!
