Our Progressive surge protector is making a really weird sound. Pretty sure it's broken.
But at least the drive was nice and the park is level. Dog is settled in. No sign of the cats yet.![]()

Did it start making the sound before or after plugging into shore power? If it happened after, unplug your unit from the pole since the pole itself may not be grounded properly. Blowing the surge protector is a possible sign of that site having a hazardous power connection. Better safe than sorry and yea, it sucks to get there, set up and find out you can't use much aside from what will run off the battery...hopefully you'll see your kitties soon![]()

Ours was making clattering sounds. DH said it did it several times. Quit while we were in Gulfport on the way to San Antonio for Christmas.. Plugged in directly and everything worked. Sent surge protector back to Progressive and they replaced it even though it was passed the warranty period.
