Trying to run fridge on propane,If the pilot light is lit,shouldn't it work or am I missing something?

Don't know what refrigerator you have or what trailer, but most these days have direct spark ignition rather than pilot lights.

The most common 2 problems with the propane operation would be 1) air in the line or other cause of poor propane flow, 2) low battery voltage. You need 12V DC to fire the gas valve and igniter and for the control board.

It works,I wasn't patient enough.What I thought was a pilot light is actually the burner.Letting it run overnight cooled things off nicely,thanks for the input!
