    Adding a/c to a cyclone hd4000 garage

    Hey folks,
I have a 2014 cyclone 4000hd , there isnít a/c in the garage only a roof vent and a small fan how would I go about finding out if there is any wiring for an a/c unit in the garage area ? Iíve noticed some toy haulers have 3 a/c units vs mine with only 2
thanks in advance for your comments
    Dennis

    Hi Johnandpenn,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

The Cyclones set up for 3 air conditioners have a switch to allow you to send power to 2 of them at any one time. If you don't have this switch, you probably don't have the wiring for power and thermostat.

Newer rigs have a PCS Controller instead of a switch.

A start would be to pull the inner vent shroud down and look for any wires close by, probably towards the front of the opening.

Generally it's a wall-type switch below the control panel switches (sometimes close to floor level). It may have 3 positions.

    I don't remember if 3 A/C units were available on 2014 models.
