12 volt fuse designations

I need to know what each fuse in the panel goes for the list starts at 1 and goes to 15 but there is a 16th fuse that is not listed and is blowing out its 15amp fuse

Your best bet is to place a phone call to Customer Service directly on this. Call them tomorrow at 877-262-8032. Have your VIN ready.
