2 group 31 lead acid batteries.

Hi all.
I'm looking to remove my 2 group 24 lead acid batteries and replace them with 2 group 31 lead acid batteries. I have a mallard m26. The place where the batteries sit won't fit the 31's. I have a modification in mind but thought I'd see what you guys have done.

What Bogie said if you’re staying with lead acid. I went with group 31 AGMs. Just needed the bigger box.

Group 27 batteries are a size/capacity compromise from the standard group 24's. They fit in the group 24 battery boxes.
