2010 21FSB How to switch from propane to electric hot water

Figured it out. Switch on the outside panel was off.

Are there steps I need to take to run the hot water on electric from propane? It is a Suburban hot water system. I know the left one runs the propane, so i assume the right pic runs the electric. The manuals are not very helpful.
