2011 BC 3510RL --- Power converter location?

Going through the original document bag for our new/used 3510RL I came across a new-in-plastic-wrap "wizard" plug-in option for the power converter. But can't find where the converter is installed?

Your converter will be located behind the black felt wall in the basement.
There should be three or four screws in the UDC that hold one side of the half wall in place. Other screws will be visible in the black felt.
