First post but looking to see if anyone has a link to the factory 2011 bighorn brochure and does anyone know the r value of the insulation in the roof/walls/floor? Selling our unit and the potential buyer is needing some more info as they want to full time in it. Anyone have some info? Thanks!

I just happen to have a 2011 Bighorn brochure in my hand.
Brochure says 2" thick foam laminated sidewall, no R value listed.
Roof is shown as 5" laminated formaldehyde free block foam, R-14.
Floor is laminated 3" alluminum framing with block foam insulation. Again no R value listed.
