Hi everybody. I live in Colorado and am looking at a 2012 FX23 North Trail Focus Edition. It has 14 inch tires and the leaf springs have been flipped for extra clearance. It seems well made and solid. I am not much for rv park camping and like to go up in the high country and boondock mainly on old logging gravel pretty decent roads nothing crazy. This trailer is a little bigger and heavier than we were looking at but it seems like a good deal and we like it a lot. Just wondering if anybody has used this trailer in this manner? Any input appreciated.

I do not know how the rig you want compares to the NT 22RBK, but we used ours just like you are describing without any issues.

The North Trail should be a great trailer for your needs.

And if you do get it, join the Heartland Owner's Club and come to a Colorado HOC Rally or two . . .

We are a fun bunch and have a blast every time we get together!
