@tom. Thanks again for the help. Buying an RV is a big decision, we are way more comfortable going with BH, if only because we can reach out and talk to the people making it.

This is one thing I've noticed in my search that a live person can be had and a call back often is done if person you wish to speak to isn't avail. Our 1st coach's mfr was this way in '05. Don't know what happened since, but now it seems when you call, it goes to a answering machine. Best part so far in calling HL is that you get answers to questions/concerns/ideas. Just like the Heinz ketchup commercial..........Anticipation!
