I have looked at the fix. The check for out of round nut makes me think that the wall of the nut are marginal. I would opt for the after market upgrade.

I have looked at the fix. The check for out of round nut makes me think that the wall of the nut are marginal. I would opt for the after market upgrade.

I think the nuts are fine, and believe the issue is with the coupler sleeve and it's threads. Chris
