When I got my Bighorn I towed it for awhile with the stock pinbox and Ram short bed. We live in a cul-de-sac and making that turn put the front of that 88° cap within an inch of the truck cab. I didn’t like having to wonder how tight of a turn I could make. That’s why I got a Reese 5th Airborne Sidewinder. Sidewinder means it’s pivot point is 18” or so back from the pin. 5th Airborne means it has an air bladder and shock absorber. You can get I Sidewinder that does not have the 5th Airborne.
