38 TSRL kitchen drain line issue

We full time in a fixed location. I was in the under sink cabinet today and discovered water on the bottom of the cabinet. Upon closer inspection I found the pipe from the trap to the drain line leaking and when I touched it, it came completely apart. There was no support for the air admittance valve and apparently the pipe had never been seated properly during assembly.
Opening the trap I found several screws. It was an easy fix, I'm hoping no damage was done to the sub floor.
I'd say this would be an item for new owners to keep an eye on.
Thanks
