3rd not so smart question. And last for the day. Maybe.

The two valves shown here.......I was told by the dealer that they are "uh, low later valves". That's exactly what they said. I asked what they are used for and how they work. They couldn't answer that question.

And again my old camper did not have these. Can someone explain their use and which position they should be in?

Is this a used rig that you purchased (just scanned through your previous posts and see that this is a used rig)? Those look like some kind of custom cut-off valves a previous owner may have added.

another pic....

Unlike any rig I've ever seen. However, given where they are, they could be a Bypass valve (to bypass the hot water heater) and a winterization valve (allows the water pump to pick up antifreeze to run thru the system. Two similar valves (but completely marked with instructions) on mine control these two functions.

On 2005, 2006 and 2007 Model Years these valves are to drain the fresh water tank by using the water pump.

Copied from a post in 2006:

In order to powerdrain the fresh water tank, you would turn the valve on the left from a vertical position (normal operation) to a horizontal position (for draining).
You would also turn the valve on the right from from a horizontal position (normal position) to a vertical position (for draining).
In this position (left horizontal/right vertical) you would turn on the water pump and it would begin to drain your fresh water tank.

When not draining the tank, the normal position of the two valves is (Left Vertical/Right Horizontal).

Terry is correct. My 07 BH has the same valves but I have never used them. I use the tank drain on the OFD side in front of the axles.
