4 Way Valve Leak

Took our new BH 3270 out for the first weekend. About 2-1/2 hours after hooking up water to park supply and aligning 4 way valve to CITY found water leaking from fresh water tank vents. Closed off park supply and switched 4 way valve to NORMAL and started freshwater pump. Eliminated water pump internal check valve since there was no pressure bleed off when water was not in use. Disassembled 4 way valve and found one of the seat rings missing. Called Anderson and they are sending a repair kit with new cartridge containing all new seat rings and O-rings. Anderson rep told me they recently discovered design problem due to the way manufacturers/dealers were testing water systems. New repair kit with cartridge has design improvements.
