adjust slideout

We own a 3600rl, and the slide for the couch/dining table seems to be dragging on the carpet right by the door side. How can I adjust this, I know there's adjustment on the end of the slidearm.

Here is a link to Lippert which has the owners manuals for the slideout. I would however let the dealer adjust the slide if possible because it can be tricky, especially if it is in warranty. Good Luck.
