took the 3580 B/H to dealership for warranty work after being in our new rig a little over a week. The tech adjusted the slides and it seems that the vertical (up & down) closest to the entry door has a nice tight seal to the wall, but at the other end (rear end of coach) the seal is not a tight seal against the wall like the other side is. When I asked the tech that did the repair why the one side cant be a tight fit like the other side is, he said because the ram is closest to one side and that side will fit tighter than the other side. I'm still not happy with the adjustment, and don't understand why both sides can't be adjusted equally tight against the wall. Does this sound right to you guys ??
