apex tv in bedroom

We are currently sitting in Las Vegas in a campground with no cable. Set both TV's to air....turned on the booster and put antenna up. We have quite a few channels on the LR tv but nothing on the bedroom tv. Can't figure out how to get anything on it. Its an Apex tv combo unit with a dvd player built in.
Ha anyone else got this tv and made it work?

Hi Jim,

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the Apex TV. Since you got the other TV working, I'm assuming you got the channel scan to work on that TV. Is the problem that you don't know how to do this on the Apex, or is it that you're just not getting anything when you run the scan?

I had the same problem in reverse, different brand of TV. I was getting signal in the bedroom but not the living room. It turned out to be the cable connections were bad. I had to take mine back to the dealer for another issue and had them repir it.

Scottyb makes a good point. Check all the coax connectors.
You will have to remove the TV amplifier in the ceiling in the bedroom.
Look closely for a small bit of sheilding wire touching the inner wire on the connectors.
